The program

Guydrolic Inc. is thrilled to offer its customers the Multi Points loyalty reward program to promote buying locally and to offer tangible and meaningful rewards to its loyal customers.

The Multi Points card is not a credit card. The Multi Points card is based on a loyalty program that allows members to earn points for each payment agreement when they buy from Guydrolic Inc., applicable on all parts and labour, excluding machinery and equipment. You can then redeem these points for a heap of rewards. Visit our website and like us on social media to see the selection of rewards we offer.


Activation and becoming a program member

There is no fee to become a program member. To sign up, simply visit Guydrolic Inc. and ask for the Multi Points card. The form is filled at the Guydrolic Inc. office and the card can be activated through your email on your home computer or mobile phone as long as you have Internet access. You can also register online by clicking on this: www.guydrolic.seemypass.com. You can also contact the loyalty program administrator at the Guydrolic Inc. office at 418-274-1177 or by email at multipoints@guydrolic.com to activate your Multi Points card.

The Multi Points cardholder must complete their activation form and open the email to activate their card.
Program membership is governed by the terms and conditions of this document. Use of the Multi Points card constitutes acceptance of the program's terms and conditions as well as any changes that can be made without notice.

Use of the Multi Points card also means that you consent to Guydrolic Inc. using your personal information to improve the program and create exclusive offers based on participating customers.


Earning Multi Points

The Multi Points cardholder earns points on the cost of any payment agreement at Guydrolic Inc., excluding taxes on taxable products and services or all of the other excluded items, such as machinery and equipment.

Each eligible $0.01 purchase the consumer makes, excluding the exceptions above, equals one point. The number of points earned depends on the buyer's payment terms:


  • If the purchase invoice is paid within no more than 10 days after the billing date:
    The points earned are equivalent to a 2% discount.
  • If the purchase invoice is paid within no more than 15 days after the billing date:
    The points earned are equivalent to a 1.5% discount.
  • If the purchase invoice is paid within no more than 30 days after the billing date:
    The points earned are equivalent to a 1% discount.
  • If the purchase invoice is paid more than 30 days after the billing date:
    No points will be earned

We accept all methods of payment: cheque, credit card, debit card, cash payment, bank transfer. Points are earned upon partial or full payment of the invoice.

Each customer can view their total Multi Points balance at any time through their email or the Multi Points application. The customer will see their total Multi Points balance as of the last update. If they believes that their Multi Points balance doesn’t match the total they see, they must notify the loyalty program administrator at Guydrolic Inc. by email at multipoints@guydrolic.com.

There’s no limit to the amount of Multi Points a customer can accumulate. However, if there has been no activity on the Multi Points card for 365 days, we will email you indicating that the card must be used within the 30 days following the date the notice is sent. After this date, or if the cardholder cancels their Multi Points card or doesn't make any new purchases, all Multi Points earned in their file will be automatically cancelled without compensation following either or both of these contingencies.


Using your Multi Points

Multi Points cannot be redeemed for cash and have no monetary value, nor can they be used to pay a credit card balance or an invoice on a customer account. You may not redeem less than $25.00 worth of Multi Points. No cash back will be given. It takes fifteen (15) days to process your rewards. For each reward request, 400 points will be debited for handling and administration fees. Example: for a reward valued at 2,500 points, your cumulative Multi Points total must be 2,900 points.

Guydrolic Inc. will post all reward options on its website www.guydrolic.com and on Facebook. They will be updated periodically.

All rewards obtained with the Multi Points card will be subject to verification of the Multi Points balance which needs to be enough to cover the reward.
For a merchandise return, credit, or a refund, Multi Points awarded upon purchase will be removed from the total points in the customer's account


Lost or stolen card

In the event of loss or theft of your Multi Points card, it is the cardholder's responsibility to immediately notify the program administrator at Guydrolic Inc. The earned and unused Multi Points will be automatically transferred to your new file once you’ve been issued your new card. In both cases, the card-replacement fee is $10.00 or 1,000 points.

Guydrolic Inc. will not be held responsible for transactions made on the account between the time the card is lost or stolen and when Guydrolic Inc. is notified.


Fraud or program violations


Any case of fraud or abuse by the consumer in connection with the program as well as any case of false information provided by the consumer or their failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in cancellation of the Multi Points card and their Multi Points total.
If Guydrolic Inc. cancels the consumer's membership for reasonable cause such as cheating, abuse, fraudulent use, card cloning, or any other unacceptable practice not authorized by Guydrolic Inc., the consumer's Multi Points will be automatically cancelled without notice.


Changes or interruptions to the program


Guydrolic Inc. reserves the right to terminate the program at any time or to modify its features in whole or in part without notice, including the way Multi Points are earned and the products and services offered in return.

If on the date the program ends or is suspended and the cardholder still has Multi Points, they will have sixty (60) days to redeem them. After this period, the Multi Points will be automatically cancelled.

The Multi Points card remains the property of Guydrolic Inc. and must be returned upon request.


General information


The terms and conditions of this program are subject to the laws and regulations in force within the Multi Points cardholder’s province as well as those in Canada. In the event that one of the provisions contained herein is determined to be invalid or illegal, then such provision or portion thereof shall be deemed unwritten and the remaining provisions contained herein shall remain in force.

Should events beyond Guydrolic Inc.’s control such as acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, war, or significant changes in economic or business conditions seriously compromise Guydrolic Inc.’s ability to maintain the existing structure of the program, it  may be suspended or terminated in whole or in part and the Multi Points earned may be cancelled without notice and cannot be redeemed or transferred at a later date.

Tax obligations that may arise in connection with the collection or redemption of Multi Points will be the responsibility of the customer.




Personal information collected as part of the Multi Points card program shall only be used by Guydrolic Inc. and will not be sold or rented to other companies or organizations, unless authorized by the cardholder. This information is required to run the program and so that Guydrolic Inc. can manage the program members’ accounts, update their point balances, grant rewards and benefits to the Multi Points cardholder, better understand members’ needs and preferences, and improve the services offered to Multi Points card consumers. Members’ personal information is considered an asset linked to the Multi Points card program and in the event of a sale or transfer of ownership of Guydrolic Inc., this information will be transferred as one of Guydrolic Inc.'s assets.

However, Guydrolic Inc. can and shall, when legally required, transmit any information concerning the Multi Points granted to consumers, including to the relevant tax authorities, where applicable.

The information provided to Guydrolic Inc. upon accession may also be used to communicate with members to notify them about upcoming events, special offers, or exclusive promotions. If you do not wish to receive information from Guydrolic Inc., please notify Guydrolic Inc. by email at multipoints@guydrolic.com. Each Guydrolic Inc. cardholder file must contain a valid address so that program information can be sent to the correct address. Following a change of address, the cardholder must contact Guydrolic Inc. with their new coordinates. Guydrolic Inc. cannot be held responsible if the cardholder does not receive the communication sent or if the communication is received last minute or after the advertised event.


Limitation of Liability


Cardholder releases Guydrolic Inc. and its respective administrators or directors from any and all other tort or contractual liability that may arise, directly or indirectly, from the Multi Points card program, its membership in the program, and any other liability not specifically stipulated herein.
